Summer Happy Hour is Now in Session

As the weather heats up, restaurants all around Denver are preparing with new patios, new menus and, of course, new happy hours. Here’s four new happy hours that will quench your thirst in the summer heat.

Brider Denver
1644 Platte St.
Happy Hours: 3:00 p.m.-6 p.m. daily

This fast-casual rotisserie restaurant is located on the first floor of the new Nichols building in downtown Denver and is the latest concept from Chef Steven Redzikowski and Beverage Director Bryan Dayton. Their new happy hour features $3.50 beers, $2 house made pizza slices and $1 off all drinks. Dayton has also added new beverage offerings such as a manhattan ($9), negroni ($9), and the “Choose Your Mule” ($6)where guests can choose their own spirit (choice of vodka, gin, tequila or whisky) to pair with Brider’s house made ginger beer. Grab these specials at the counter and head out to the 32-seat patio.

Los Chingones DTC

Happy Hours: 3:00 p.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday

The redesigned Mexican fusion restaurant is now open for longer hours: Sunday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. Friday and Saturday with a 45-seat patio ready to go. Happy hour deals include $2 tacos, half priced cocktails, $5 house margaritas and deals on draft beers and wine. The house margaritas also celebrate happy hour all Monday long. In the RiNo area? Make a stop at Los Chingones first location, there’s a rooftop patio.

Dunbar Kitchen

Happy Hours: All Day Monday, 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. everyday

Located in Denver’s RiNo district, Dunbar features simple and well-designed bar food, an expansive outdoor patio to enjoy the Colorado sun and is now offering happy hour on drinks all day on Mondays. Deals include $3.50 Colorado craft pints, $3.50 premium single-mix well drinks, half off red and white wines and $1 off Dunbar classic cocktails. Food wise, happy hour features a number of sliders for $5 and snacks made to pair well with drinks.

The Crimson Room
1403 Larimer St.
Cocktail Classes: First Tuesday of each month, 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

For those of you wanting make a patio happy hour of your own, The Crimson Room is launching brand new classes on cocktail making. Starting May 3 at 6:00 p.m., participants will get the opportunity to learn hands-on tips and recipes from mixologists AJ Snowhite and Drew Howell.
