Looking for a night out that will do good for both your taste buds and your community? On April 19, Lola Costal Mexican is set to host its 10th annual Dos Casas, a culinary evening benefitting Brent’s Place, a local nonprofit that provides a safe and clean housing space for young cancer patients and their families.
The event is slated to feature 10 of Denver’s top chefs cooking in host chef Jamey Fader’s kitchen, as they collaborate to concoct a unique six-course meal with wine pairings. The event will feature live music throughout the night by SoulTyme, as well as a cocktail hour, raffle, auction, prizes and an after party.
On the menu: smoked goat cheese fritters, beef cheek tostada, spiced lobster broth, pozole and tres leches for dessert—with, of course, wine.
Among the auction items: an African safari, spa retreats, a kids’ sailing adventure and more.
Tickets to Dos Casas are $200, with after-party tickets selling for $10. For more information, visit the official Dos Casas website.
