Wings from eight of Denver’s top chefs. Whiskey. Live music. What could be better on a summer Sunday afternoon?
Ace Eat Serve is hosting its fourth annual Wings & Whiskey competition June 11, where local chefs—including Mimi Banish of Osage Cafe and Anthony Smith of Beast & Bottle—will compete for the title of Denver’s Wing King.
While you watch the culinary magic happen, sample whiskey cocktails, beer and other food created by the Ace Eat Serve team—and see the Buffalo Wingmen (featuring members of Euforquestra) perform live.
When the wings are done, eat up and cast your vote for the best creation: The winner will be crowned at the end of the day for both People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice.

The event, benefitting the Denver Housing Authority’s Youth Culinary Academy, starts at 4 p.m.; 3 p.m. for VIP tickets. Let’s get cooking!
