Ever wish you knew more about Denver’s growing art scene? With Hotel Teatro’s 2017 artist exhibitions, it’s easy to study up. Denver’s first boutique hotel is lining its walls this year with collections from four talented Denver artists.

Specializing in media ranging from embroidery to landscape to beer photography, here’s a little info on each artist, and when you’ll be able to spot their pieces on display:

Ashley Rutstein crafts sassy, hand-embroidered hoop art that features everything from playful sayings to fruit to iconic Colorado and Denver imagery. Order custom designs through her Etsy shop.
Browse it: Through April 3 on Hotel Teatro’s concourse level. Purchase pieces through the hotel.

Kristen Abbott mixes contemporary style with vintage materials in her mixed-media paintings. A self-taught artist who has wowed galleries and enthusiasts across the country, her most recent inspiration is vintage postcards. “They share snippets of the human experience that are so relatable to our current day and transcend the boundaries of time,” her site says.
Browse it: April 5-July 6. Abbott will host a reception at the hotel on April 7.

Resident photographer Chris Levy’s landscape pieces capture panoramic views of Colorado scenery. You’ll find warm, rich colors in every photo featured.
Browse it: July 8-Sept. 13

Four years ago, photographer and brewer Dustin Hall got the idea to tell the stories of Colorado breweries through photos. Get a peek at his inside look—dubbed the Brewtography Project—just in time for the Great American Beer Festival.
Browse it: Sept. 15-Dec. 1
