Summer is sneaking up fast, so you better start your planning now. First up on our warm-weather calendar? The Snowmass Free Summer Concert Series.

In its 26th season, the series, taking place from June 10 to September 9 on select Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, is set to feature 11 free performances on the stage at Fanny Hill and the Base Village Events Lawn. This year’s lineup includes favorites like Brothers Keeper with the prolific harmonica player John Popper, Lukas Nelson (son of music legend Willie Nelson) and Hot Buttered Rum.

“No matter who takes the stage, a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and a beautiful backdrop are always favorite co-stars,” says Rose Abello, Snowmass tourism director.

The concert series will include à la carte food and drinks, a kid’s zone and more. Concertgoers are encouraged to take advantage of the free RFTA transportation between Aspen and Snowmass, as well as the Snowmass Village Shuttle Service from Town Park Station to the Snowmass Mall. To get a preview of the upcoming concerts, you can enjoy the free Spotify playlist “Snowmass Summer 2017 Concert Series” by typing Snowmass Summer 2017 into the Spotify search bar.
