Talk about getting the royal treatment: The iconic Brown Palace Hotel & Spa, which just celebrated its 125th anniversary, is featuring two paired dinners in October, mixing fine wines and great beers with inspired dishes from chef Garret Kasper of the hotel’s Palace Arms restaurant. Oct. 3: Firestone Walker Brewing Company, hosted by owner David Walker and Palace Arms Chef Garrett Kasper
David Walker and executive chef Timothy Ralphs have teamed up to create pairings of six beers from the famous California brewery with a five-course dinner of flavorful delights. Cost: $100 per person.
Oct. 19: Prisoner Wine Dinner
Not only will you be served a five-course dinner prepared by Ralphs and paired with wines from Prisoner Wine Company, but you’ll get a sneak peek of the new Prisoner vintage (release date: Oct. 31). Cost: $150 per person.
