With glorious mountain views and breathtaking sunsets, Colorado architects and home builders have unmatched settings for their projects, and you can see some of their stunning work at the 2018 Denver Parade of Homes.

The free, self-guided parade takes place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each Thursday through Sunday from Aug. 9 to 26.

Hosted by the Home Builders Association (HBA)—now celebrating its 75th anniversary—this year’s parade will feature 75 new model and custom homes, including five luxury homes in the $950,000 to $2 million range. The houses, built by 23 builders, can be found in Arvada, Winter Park, Castle Rock, Aurora, and other local communities

There are also a variety of architectural and design trends for attendees to appreciate. “Each of the homes has its own style, so anyone looking for inspiration from the interior design or landscaping will not be disappointed,” said Jeffrey Whiton, CEO of HBA.

Attendees who share their parade experiences on social media have the chance to win prizes from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery, Samsung, and the Fireplace Warehouse. Visit the contest page for more details.
