Attention, sandwich lovers! Do you consider yourself an expert at making delicious, maybe even unconventional, sandwiches? Then submit your recipe to Snarf’s Sandwiches first “Top Snarf” competition.
The Boulder-born sandwich chain is hosting a contest, with the winning submission appearing on the “not on the menu” menu for a limited time. The champion will also receive free Snarf’s for an entire year.
On Feb. 25, Snarf’s will reveal the finalists. Jimmy “Snarf” Seidel will judge all finalist submissions himself at one of the restaurant locations and declare the winner in March. During the first week of sales for the winning creation, Snarf’s will donate $1 per sandwich sold to charity.
Snarf’s accepts entries from people of all ages until Feb. 15. You may enter up to three recipes, and must include a brief description of how to make your sandwich. Sandwiches will be judged on creative use of ingredient pairing, visual appeal, and taste. And you need to give your creation an eye-popping name.
Is your sandwich as special as Elvis’s famous fried peanut butter, jelly, banana, and bacon favorite? If so, find a list of rules and important dates on Snarf’s contest website.
