1½ c. densely packed kale, stems removed (or substitute spinach)
1 frozen banana
¼ c. frozen pineapple
¼ c. frozen mango
1 tsp. spirulina (available at any health food grocer)
¾ c. plant-based milk of your choice (almond, soy, and coconut milk all work wonderfully)
Combine all ingredients in heavy-duty blender and enjoy immediately! Use less plant-based milk if you like it thicker. To amp up your smoothie, try adding chia seeds, protein powder, or nut butter.
