Snarf’s 25th Anniversary
Snarf’s Sandwiches is celebrating their 25th Anniversary by donating 25% of sales from all Colorado and Austin locations through individual “days of giving” events at each store between July 28, 2021 – August 20, 2021. The recipient of Colorado’s events is the Food Bank of the Rockies; Austin’s is Friends Austin. Additionally, a customer will be randomly chosen at each event to win sandwiches for a year. Snarf’s opened its first sandwich shop in 1996 in Boulder and now has over twenty locations in Colorado, Austin, and St. Louis.
Snarf’s Sandwiches began serving up hot toasted sandwiches in Boulder, CO in 1996 in a little 600 s.f. space affectionately known as “The Shack”. The mission of Snarf’s founder Jim Seidel “Snarf” was to share his passion for food with the community by creating the world’s finest sandwich. Snarf’s sandwiches are made-to-order with their signature bread, premium ingredients, hand-sliced meats and cheeses and their own blend of hot giardiniera peppers. Since the beginning, Seidel has hand-selected all product to ensure high quality is maintained.
To celebrate 25 years of sandwich-making, Seidel is giving back to the community that for so long has supported Snarf’s. “It’s hard to believe we’ve been around for 25 years,” says Seidel. “I’ve loved every minute of it and look forward to many more years of giving our guests the best sandwiches that make them come back time and time again.” Between July 28, 2021 and August 20, 2021, each location will have a festive day of giving event with 25% of their sales benefitting their local charity. Among other things, customers will be able to enter to win sandwiches for a year. A random winner will be chosen at every location. Seidel’s burger concept, Snarfburger, will also be involved in the days of giving.
