Hungry? Executive chef Chris Starkus and fellow "Chopped" competitor Stacey Givens (chef/owner of Side Yard Farm and Kitchen in Portland) are collaborating for a two-night Chef in Residence experience. The carefully curated tasting menu will be served by the chefs themselves, who will discuss their collaboration process of the delicious dishes. Some of what they'll be serving: a Roots, Greens & Seeds salad featuring charred cauliflower, meyer lemons and golden beets; a Land & Sea course with potato wrapped Petrale sole and a From The Homestead dessert featuring Urban Farmer’s house procured honey in a honey-chamomile baked Alaska. Additionally, a Q&A Brunch will be hosted by the chefs on Saturday, February 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
