One of Denver Life Magazine's most anticipated annual events, the Designer Showhouse Project kicked off in 2013 and has raised nearly $150,000 for its charitable partners in six years. The goal for this annual fall project is to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver as we join them in their mission to build homes, communities, and hope.
Each year, Denver Life Magazine collaborates with a local builder to showcase a market-ready home with individual rooms decorated by the city's best interior design teams. The result is a beautiful home that makes use of the latest color palettes, furnishings, and energy-saving trends, with tours open to the public for a $20 minimum donation. One hundred percent of the proceeds go directly to Habitat For Humanity of Metro Denver.
The 2019 Denver Life Magazine Designer Showhouse will feature a $2.1 million home by Caliber Construction in one of Denver’s most charming neighborhoods, Bonnie Brae. Please join us at 1036 South Columbine St. from Oct. 5-20 to participate.
