Green Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. organic maple syrup
1 c. baby kale
1 c. spinach
1 1/4 oz. organic cashew pieces, soaked and drained
1 1/4 oz. organic ginger juice
1/4 tsp. spirulina
1/4 avocado
Pinch of coarse Himalayan salt
6 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender, making sure spirulina is in the middle. Blend for 45-60 seconds.

Blueberry Acai Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 c. blueberries
1 med. banana
3/4 oz. almond butter
5 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp. acai powder
2/3 oz. hemp hearts
1 c. spinach
Pinch of Himalayan salt
6 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a blender; adding greens last; blend for 45-60 seconds.

Carrot Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
4 oz. unsweetened nut milk
2 Tbsp. unsalted sunflower butter
1 scoop collagen or protein powder
1 nub of ginger (size of a marble)
Juice from 1/2 lime
Scant 1/4 tsp. salt
6 ice cubes
6 oz. fresh carrot juice
1/4 medium steamed sweet potato or squash

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend for 45–60 seconds, starting slow and getting faster. Add more carrot juice or water if needed. Note: With fresh ingredients, you may need to adjust salt, sugar, or acid to taste.
